Benoît Bienvenue has been a real estate broker since 2003. With over 19 years’ experience, he is considered a leader in the real estate field. He began his real estate career as a solo agent. Over the years, he has built a solid reputation with all his many clients, enabling him to close numerous transactions. In 2015, he decided to found Groupe Benoît Bienvenue after stepping out of his comfort zone by crossing the finish line of the Philadelphia Marathon. His company offers a new business model, and the members will share the values of a “Real Estate Family”. Benoît is always on the lookout for training to help him evolve as a human being and a businessman. Benoît defines himself as a businessman, an entrepreneur and an athlete, with over 4 half Iron Man/marathons and some 30 races under his belt.
Through these various participations and his generous contributions, Benoît makes it his duty to be a positive influencer for the people he comes into contact with personally and professionally.
He also wants to set an example for young people, encouraging them to pursue their dreams by supporting them in their projects through volunteer work and community events.
